We Know Your Time is Valuable
Russ, the owner of Fireplace Pros, knows your time is valuable and we will arrive at your home in a timely manner. Some appointments take longer than others, so Russ will call you when he is approximately 20 minutes from your home. This will leave you free to run an errand or stay at work until he calls you.
He arrives neat and clean and introduces himself. He removes his shoes and places tarps in front of the fireplace to protect your floor and hearth surface.
He comes prepared to clean, service inspect, and/or repair your fireplace, but first he listens and addresses your concerns.
If the fireplace needs parts and we have them on the truck, we discuss price before installation. If a part needs to be special ordered, then we will send you a written estimate and wait for your approval before ordering any parts.
Our fair price for repair, service and cleaning is based on the job not per hour or portion of an hour.
